Bus / Coach

What size bus do we have?
We have a 24 seat coach and a 13 seat bus. We do have access to a varied range of buses and coaches, so get in contact with us to see what we can do for you.

What is the minimum number of people that we can take on a tour?
The minimum number of people we can take on a private tour is variable as it depends on the type of tour. A rough estimate is about 10 people. The price of the tour will be adjusted accordingly.

Are our buses / coaches air-conditioned?
Definitely!


General

Why didn't I get an email reply?
Chances are we aren't ignoring you, but sometimes things don't work the way they should. We typically respond to emails within 24 hours, if you are expecting a reply but haven't received one in your inbox within 48 hours, please check your junk folder.

What is a private tour?
A private tour consists of 1 booking for all of the guests. Each member of a private tour is a part of the same group.

What is a public tour?
A public tour consists of multiple groups. There are usually many groups of all sizes on the tour together. On these tours, most people don't know the people in other groups and is a great way to meet new people! Public tours are only provided on the weekends.

Can you choose any date you wish for a public tour?
Unfortunately no. The public tours are dependent on many factors and as such we run them on certain dates. You can check the current available dates on our Public Tours page.

What time do our tours begin?
Most tours begin at around 10:30am, depending on the pickup location and other factors. The River, Wine and Beer Tour begins at 9:45am. All attendees should be at the pickup location 10 minutes prior to tour commencement. The pickup and drop off times will be included in the itinerary.

Where are our pick up and drop off locations?
The pick up and drop off of private tours can be arranged at a location of your choosing to suit your group.

Tastings, venues and alcohol

Are tastings included in the price?
Yes. Each person has 1 set of tastings per venue. Alcohol cannot be served to under age people so ID may be required. Venues may also ask to sight ID as well, but please don't be offended - take it as a compliment!

Are you limited to just the tastings while on the tour?
No. We encourage you to make your own purchases at each venue especially if you find something you really enjoy. Venues do have restrictions relating to the Responsible service of alcohol.

Are you allowed to drink on the vehicle?
It is not legal to consume alcohol on our vehicles.


Cancellations

Our main focus is for our customers to have a great time, however there is always going to be the unfortunate situations where people need to cancel their booking. If you do need to cancel your tour for whatever reason, the earlier you do it, the more likely it is that we can refund 100% of the paid price.

Any costs incurred by cancellations or outstanding payments due to venues will be deducted from the refund amount.

Public tour cancellations
If you have seats on a public tour and wish to cancel or postpone your booking we do require 24 hours notice.
If you are able to give us more notice, it is greatly appreciated as those seats can then be passed on to others who are waiting.
Any cancellations on the day of the tour will not be refunded or re-booked. We hope you understand.

Private tour cancellations
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations of any private booking.
If you are able to give us more notice, it is greatly appreciated as the venues can then take bookings from other groups.
Any cancellations on the day of the tour will not be refunded or re-booked.
